PATHWAYS…
If you feel exquisite submission in your soul then you have considered and contemplated Bondage and Discipline, The Beauty of Submission, and The Bliss of Being Guided Towards an Exceptional Life. If you believe that you are Dominant then you wish to be forged into a greater Leader than you have ever perceived yourself. Dom or sub, you find that all of these thoughts stir something deep in your soul, a tiny fire that longs to warm you from the inside completely, a hunger that can only be satiated by the ambrosia of passionate D/s… you know this or you suspect it in the very depths of your soul.
The minimum age to be trained at The Crow Academy is 20. The reason is simple: At 18 or 19 one is still a teenager and there is a tendency to be panicked at the thought of one’s forthcoming adulthood and the conclusion of one’s manic teenage years. This often clears – a purely psychological phenomenon – as one hits 20 and accepts that adulthood has arrived, allowing for a more mature and calm approach to being Trained at The Crow Academy. This is not to say one cannot be exceptionally mature by 18 or 19 in rare cases, but 99% of the time it is simply safer to wait until one is at least 20.
You should be in good general health and physically fit. You must be completely STD free.
INNER BEAUTY…
Physical Appearance & Good Grooming IS important, but it is just one of MANY areas The Master considers in an applicant. ATTITUDE is in fact the most important quality, followed by CHARACTER. The Master will look straight into your soul and see what you are made of, what you have going for you besides your looks. He will teach you to transform your problems into Solutions, your weaknesses into Strengths, and your doubts into Confidence. Expect to be trained in all aspects of Life in which you might be lacking. The Master will polish your current strengths and talents to truly Artistic levels.
CURRICULUM…
The Master’s curriculum involves a wide variety of Slave Training techniques both modern and purely utilitarian as well as those of a more historical nature, some of which date back thousands of years, and a few which are as old as sand. To The Master, Domination, Submission, Bondage and S&M are Art Forms unto themselves. Universally, those who have trained with The Master have become more educated, poised, well-spoken, graceful, happy, and/or beautiful, as acknowledged by the peers of both The Master and the slave. The Master will guide you on a journey of your own, personal Evolution.
THE KEYS…
The most important thing you can bring to your training is a Positive Attitude. You need not have previous experience. In this world into which you will enter, the three most important cornerstones are, and always will be:
- TRUST, the essence of the entire BDSM phenomena;
- HONESTY, to create the absolute Highest Fidelity between The Master and His student;
- COMMUNICATION, so that all issues, problems, idiosyncrasies, fantasies, and desires are known and in the open between the Master and the student.
These three elements form the foundation of all that The Master teaches. The Master will be your Mentor, your Guide, your Disciplinarian, your Teacher, your Friend, and much, much more. Although training will be intense at times, the Master firmly and equally believes in the importance of laughing, relaxing, having a good time, and enjoying life. You will be taught to recognize the beauty of life, from the tiniest flower blossom to the most glorious sunset, and everything in between.
LOCATIONS…
The Original Crow Academy, formerly just east of San Francisco, was host to its own large, velvet-lined dungeon, multiple guest rooms, continuously steaming hot tub in the fragrant, private garden and much more. As of 2005, The Crow Academy has relocated our International Headquarters to Los Angeles, California. Applicants who smoke any form of tobacco should be expecting to give it up fairly soon after commencing training; live-in applicants even sooner. Enjoyable excursions into all manner of exciting nightlife occur often, and this may include an introduction into S&M Society, a world full of High-Protocol and exquisite Etiquette. Submissives should be quite comfortable in high-heels or desire to be high-heel trained, and all will be introduced to fashion both mainstream and of a fetish nature. You will be under The Master’s protection at all times, and, in fact, you will eventually receive the respect of the entire community as your training progresses. Long-term students who prove themselves may well additionally accompany The Master on trips abroad to New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, London, Florida, Europe, Japan, Australia, and numerous other locations around the globe.
FINANCES & FITNESS…
A live-in student may be allowed to focus all your talents around the Master’s property and in the service of The Master. Nonetheless a student who has a passionate desire to pursue an outside career will certainly be afforded the opportunity to work or study for selfhood, pleasure, and / or income. Any kind of long-term student will be expected to maintain a high degree of physical fitness, and may choose your workout to suit your own tastes. The Master may give you additional training in the areas of Health, Diet, and / or your Fitness Program as he sees fit, having been a Martial Arts Instructor, Yoga Instructor, SCUBA Instructor and more. A live-in student will work out at least as often as The Master does. You will INEVITABLY come to know Yourself and your Potentials much better, and you will smile at your own progress.

The Master has been involved with BDSM activity for more than 2 decades, and his skill is respected around the world. His specialties include: Slave Training, Bondage & Restraint, and Expertise in Multitudes of S&M Toys, Tools, and Devices. The Master incorporates BDSM and Fetish elements into almost all aspects of his life.
